By using this website you accept these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site. The website is operated by the Elman Peace and Human Rights Centre (“Elman Peace,” “we,” “us”).

What this site is

This website is an informational and fundraising presence for Elman Peace. It shares our story, our work, press coverage, and ways to support the organisation. It is not a transactional platform — donations are processed by a third-party platform subject to their own terms.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the site for any unlawful purpose.
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to the site, its systems, or any data it holds.
• Scrape, harvest, or automatically collect content for commercial redistribution without written permission.
• Use the site to impersonate Elman Peace or its staff, or to mislead others about our work.

Intellectual property

All text, photographs, videos, logos, and design elements on this site are either owned by Elman Peace or used with permission of their respective owners. You may share links to pages. You may not republish our content at scale, modify it, or use it commercially without written consent from digital@elmanpeace.org.

Journalists and educators: short quotations with credit are welcome. Please attribute to “Elman Peace and Human Rights Centre” with a link back to the original page.

Donations

Donations made through this site are processed by Every.org, a registered 501(c)(3) public charity, as our donation platform. By donating, you also accept Every.org's terms and privacy policy. Tax receipts and donor acknowledgements are issued by Every.org on our behalf.
